Description
The Jupiter JRS700 Saxonett is the perfect link between a recorder and a saxophone or clarinet, thanks to its clarinet mouthpiece mounted to a recorder body.
Its fingering system corresponds to a saxophone’s basic scale. It is ideal for teaching students the basics of clarinet as well as being good for students used to baroque fingering. The saxonett’s pear wood body gives it a vibrant and warm sound.
The Saxonett is the ideal preparation for wind section classes and gives young players an idea of what a woodwind instrument is like to play. The Saxonett takes standard clarinet Bb reeds.
